finia is the culinary master mind behind orangerie neukölln – a place that is not only popular for being the city’s favourite location for aperitivo and spritzs in summer, but also for its incredibly delicious lunch (and for so much more actually). finia’s purely plant-based cuisine is characterized by the fact that even convinced meat eaters never feel like they are missing anything! She plays with colors, shapes and textures to create illusions that make dishes not only tasty, but also fun and adventurous.
