Frequently asked questions about Ikonic Studio Berlin-Neukölln
Location & Directions
The Ikonic Studio is located at Glasowerstraße 44-47, 12051 Berlin-Neukölln, on the third floor of the rear building. The entrance to the freight elevator is on the side of the beverage market in the courtyard.
The S- and U-Bahn station Hermannstraße is five minutes’ walk away and is served by the S41, S42, S45, S47 and the U8. By car: Motorway exit A100 within a five-minute drive.
Street parking is available directly on Glasowerstrasse. In the yard, you may only load and unload — vehicles parked there are removed. Technical vehicles please drive away immediately after unloading.
How far in advance do I have to book? For productions and small groups up to 25 people, a week in advance is often enough. For events and full house formats, we recommend 3-4 weeks, for Christmas parties and Q4 events at least 2-3 months.
How does the booking work? Inquiry via the booking form on the website or by phone. Reservations are kept free for a maximum of 10 days — after that a confirmation is required.
Is there a handling fairy for deliveries? Yes — equipment, catering or props that are delivered before the production day or picked up on the following day will be charged with a handling fee. Deliveries are possible between 11:00 and 18:00.
room & equipment
The IKONIC STUDIO covers 310 m² on a floor plan on the third floor. The area includes sofa lounge, show kitchen, bar area, motorcycle workshop and tattoo area as directly usable set motifs.
The freight elevator measures 2.4 × 2.5 × 1.7 m (width × depth × height) and is directly accessible to the studio. The elevator may only be operated with an IKONIC employee.
Telekom Internet with up to 250 Mbit downstream and 50 Mbit upstream — including, no additional costs. For live streams with high data volume, please arrange in advance.
Yes — completely over black mollet curtains and blinds. Ideal for artificial light setups and video productions with original sound.
Monday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Bookings outside of these times are possible — surcharge +50%. Night bookings between 10:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m.: +30% plus €140 personnel costs.
Prices & Booking
The daily rate for photo productions is 800 euros net. Minimum booking: 4 hours. Events and workshops are calculated individually. Overtime: +15% for the first hour, +25% for each additional. Weekend and public holiday surcharge: +20-50%.

Catering & Services
The Ikonic Studio is a full-service location and works with its own catering and a curated network of local Berlin partners. External caterers are possible by prior arrangement and for a buyout fee.
Yes — the Ikonic Studio is also a creative agency. We accompany productions from conception to implementation: photography, video production, live streams, events. Inquiries about this directly by phone or e-mail.
Yes — with 250 Mbit Internet and professional sound system Evox Jmix8. For live streams with original sound, the booking of the entire location is required (sound security).
studio rules
To ensure that the studio remains in the best condition for all users, the following rules apply — please read them completely:
Photos the original state of all furniture and motifs so that everything can be correctly reset after use.
Do not store appliances on the kitchen counter. Plants must not be moved — if necessary, please contact Ikonic staff. Art and pictures on the walls must not be removed — they are protected by copyright and sometimes very valuable. All doors must remain closed during and after production. Overtime please announce as soon as it is foreseeable that the booking time is not sufficient.
No glitter or confetti – causes massive cleaning costs that are charged additionally. No adhesive tape on walls, floors or other surfaces. Smoking bans throughout the building and in the yard — Smoking is only allowed on the street in front of the gate. Vehicles are not allowed to park in the yard, just load and unload.
