STUDIO RULES
NO Equipment on the kitchen counter.
Take videos/pictures of the studio so all furniture is back where it belongs after your production.
Cars/Transporters must NOT be parked in the courtyard, only for loading & unloading. They will be removed.
Plants must NOT be MOVED! they suffer with every Production – Contact the Ikonic Studio staff.
DO NOT touch any paintings on the wall, it’s expensive art. Ask for copyrights ©. If it must be taken off for some reason, contact Ikonic staff!
Doors MUST be closed properly during and after productions! It’s a waste of energy especially in the winter period. We are heating the staircase. Also, we can not be held reliable for stolen EQ
Announce Over time as soon as you know you won`t be finishing your Production in time.
NO glitter or confetti! – this creates massive additional cleaning costs.
NO smoking in the studio or building, also not in the courtyard due to fire safety restrictions. You may ONLY SMOKE on the street.

After Production
check if Windows are closed
Open all curtains – plants need light!
check if the Heating and lights are switched off
The coffee machine switched off
Please put empty bottles in the crates
Floors must be swept with a broom if the floor is dirty from the production
Check if anything is damaged. If so inform Ikonic Studio staff
Furniture and EQ you took is back in the storage.

Is there a freight elevator?
Yes, it is 1.80 x 2.10 x cm and goes straight to the loft.
Access via the courtyard at the beverage market.

Parken
There are free parking spaces on Glasowerstrasse in the courtyard. Only Loading and unloading are allowed.
Pickup and delivery
The delivery of EQ / can take place between 11.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m. The freight elevator may only be operated by one of our employees and is located on the side of the beverage market. We have to charge a handling fee for equipment/catering/props that are delivered before the production day or picked up the next day.

We are a full-service agency, which means we offer you everything from the creation to the implementation of your campaign. No matter whether digital or analog. Our network of creatives has grown over the years and we choose the right partner for every project in order to provide you with the best result.
Do you offer Live stream productions
We produce hybrid events and manage your live stream, whether it’s a workshop, talk, or yoga video, we have the best team ready for your project.
Which service do you offer?
We are a full-service location, we generally offer catering and Equipment for your productions.
As a creative agency, we accompany you from the creation to the implementation of your project. Whether it’s Photo / film / event.
– The 3rd floor can be booked as an add-on for events or as a motif that offers different sets in one location.
– At Ikonic Bikes there are custom motorcycles to drive and have fun with, as props, or just to admire.
– at the Ikonic Tattoostudio you can get your next tattoo.
How is your Philosophy?
Ikonic stands for a lifestyle between analog and digital, nostalgia and modernity. We only work with selected, local partners supporting small businesses from the neighborhood. So we try to reduce the logistics to a minimum and to avoid plastic as far as possible.
How are the regular opening times?
The regular studio opening times are Mon-Sat from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Other times only by arrangement
20% weekend and holiday surcharge.
What happens when you are Overtime?
For overtime, we charge 10% of the daily rent per hour from 15 minutes over the regular booking time.
Light situation
The photo studio has large windows facing north-south that can be darkened with curtains if required.
