The room as a set
The IKONIC STUDIO is not a neutral white cube studio — it is a fully furnished location with real character and five directly usable set motifs on a surface. The 310 m² offer constant daylight via the north-south window fronts, which can be completely converted to artificial light via Molton curtains. The freight elevator (2.4 × 2.5 × 1.7 m) enables the problem-free transport of heavy equipment directly into the production room on the third floor.

Yes — the show kitchen is fully functional and designed as a production set. All equipment is available for food production.
The freight elevator measures 2.4 × 2.5 × 1.7 m (W × D × H) and is designed for heavy equipment. Ideal for camera crane, HMI headlights and extensive set construction.
The daily rate for photo productions is 800 euros (net). Video productions and hybrid formats are calculated individually. Minimum booking: 4 hours.
Yes — with Telekom Internet (100/50 Mbit) and sound system. The overall location is to be booked for live streams with original sound. Full service livestream support is bookable.
