REGISTER FOR AN IKONIC STUDIO EVENT

in order to make a booking, you must enter your details in the contact form provided and accept both our privacy policy and the rsvp terms and conditions.

BOOKING

events can be booked directly through the link to the rsvp page of ikonic studios or through a third party booking platform provided by the event organizer. in any case, the booking is to be considered as an agreement between you and the event organizer. select the desired information (date, time, payment details, etc.) and fill it in, after payment you will receive a confirmation for the respective event. in case of problems with the booking, or the payment, contact ikonic studios.

CONFIRMATION

once your payment has been securely processed, you will receive your personal confirmation with a summary of your by e-mail.your booking is not considered accepted until you have paid the ticket price in full and received the confirmation e-mail.

PRICES

the price per person is stated on rsvp page and will be entered directly at paypal checkout. the price includes only the specific service mentioned,in some cases additional services like a wine menu or other extras can be purchased directly at the venue. we currently only use paypal as payment method. if you need to pay by credit card or bank transfer, please write this in the message field. the ikonic team will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution we use a secure payment provider for processing credit card data and do not store sensitive data on our servers.

by registering for an ikonic studios event, you agree to the processing and storage of the data necessary to conduct the event.

CANCELLATIONS

due to the unique nature of the events listed, all bookings are final. please check the details before finalizing your booking.
