Ikonic Studios is a versatile loft location in a historic factory building in the heart of Berlin-Neukölln. On spacious areas, we offer professional framework conditions for events, film and photo productions, content creation and creative special formats. Two clearly separated studio areas allow maximum flexibility – from fully equipped event and production sets to completely free lofts with open design freedom. The equipped IKONIC STUDIO is 308 m² and is located on the 3rd floor of a charming old building. The area can be easily reached via a large freight elevator and is therefore ideal for productions with extensive technology or set construction. Strong-characteristic motifs such as a bar, a fully equipped show kitchen, a lounge with a couch and an integrated tattoo studio make the loft a unique backdrop for film and photo recordings. Large north-south windows provide uniform daylight. For film productions, the entire studio can be completely darkened if necessary.

The kitchen is a central element of the studio and equipped both visually and functionally at a professional level. A large SMEG stove with induction hob and 90 cm oven, extensive cooking and presentation equipment as well as various KitchenAid devices make the area ideal for food productions, still life shootings, Live cooking events and workshops.
The equipped studio is ideal for interviews, live streams, content creation, corporate events, private celebrations, workshops or intimate concerts.
The free loft - 380 m² light-flooded production area
Empty room with maximum design freedom
In addition, Ikonic Studios has a second studio area with 380 m². The loft is completely empty, flooded with light and has an exceptionally large window front with the same orientation as the equipped studio.
Without fixed installations, this area offers maximum creative freedom. It is ideally suited for large-scale sets of sets, campaign productions, editorial shoots, installations, fashion productions or experimental formats that focus on space, light and architecture.
