2 large work tables and 30 chairs are included as standard. Additional furniture can be hired for larger groups — please specify when enquiring.

Are hybrid workshop formats possible?

Yes — the studio supports hybrid formats with projector, sound system and internet connection. For livestreams with live sound the full location must be booked.

How far in advance do I need to enquire?

For groups up to 25 persons, one week's notice is usually sufficient. For full-house formats we recommend 3–4 weeks, especially for Fridays and Saturdays.

What catering options are available for workshops?

Filter coffee, tea and infused water: 5 € p.p. Still and sparkling water: 5 € p.p. Homemade lunch (meat or vegan): 20 € p.p. Snacks, cake and sweets: 10 € p.p. Full-service care package including barista service: 240 €. All prices net.

How many tables and chairs are there?

By default, 2 large work tables and 30 chairs are included. For larger groups, additional furniture can be rented on a project basis — please indicate the request.

Is there WiFi for all participants?

Yes — Telekom Internet with 100 Mbit Down and 50 Mbit Up. For live streams or large data uploads, we recommend discussing the bandwidth in advance.

Can the space be used for hybrid formats?

Yes — the studio supports hybrid formats with projectors, sound and internet connection. For live streams with original sound, the booking of the entire location is necessary.

infrastructure and accessibility

The studio has 16A power supply, Telekom Internet with up to 100 Mbit downstream and 50 Mbit upstream. The location is quiet, with close proximity to the A100 and within walking distance of the Hermannstraße S-Bahn and U-Bahn station including Ringbahn.

Yes, the studio is on the 2nd floor and is directly accessible via a spacious freight elevator.

Opening hours

The studio is regularly available between 9:00 and 19:00. Bookings are possible from a minimum of four hours. Individual projects and hybrid formats are calculated according to effort.

The Ikonic Studio is a full service location. Catering and drinks are handled through our own offer and a curated partner network from local Berlin providers.
