The Ikonic Studio is a 310 m² industrial loft on the third floor of a Gründerzeit building from the 1930s in Berlin-Neukölln. With a ceiling height of 3.8 meters, floor-to-ceiling window fronts in north-south orientation and a characterful interior of handmade details, the room offers an atmosphere that cannot replicate a conference center and no standard event location.
The Space combines industrial loft design with lived comfort: a handmade bar, a fully equipped show kitchen with Smeg induction hob, modular sofa landscapes, a custom motorcycle workshop and an integrated tattoo studio. The entire room is barrier-free accessible via a generous freight elevator (2.4 × 2.5 × 1.7 m) — ideal for extensive set construction, technical production and events with up to 100 people.
