Our versatile rental studio offers everything you need for your production. A spacious freight elevator takes you comfortably to the top floor, where you’ll discover a bright, sunlit loft. With north- and south-facing windows and blackout curtains, you can control the lighting exactly as you need it.
But that’s not all: Ikonic Studio provides unique features that you won’t find in an ordinary rental studio. A bar, a show kitchen, cozy seating areas, a large dining table, a tattoo studio, and even a motorcycle workshop—all designed to make your production stand out. For film projects, the loft can be fully darkened to create the perfect cinematic atmosphere
